I thought his wing problems had been straightened out. I saw one in Branson and it looked pretty good. I had said something at 3c about his quality and he crawled all up my ass about putting his product down.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
If his problem is straight now, I would even go with a 99 Spoiler. Um, can someone buy it, fit it, paint it, and post pics so we can see, lol.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
Check thru the Branson picture thread and look for a 300 that is 350 "Lemans Sunset". it has the ionicdynamics spoiler on it. I didn't ask what sort of fitment issues he may have had.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
Those pictures are pretty decent for a Vivitar 4100...how much did you pay for it? I've got an old FujiFilm 2650 that I bought new back in the day, mostly for its excellent macro lens, but I'm overdue for an upgrade, hehe.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
^Nice man, that'd look great on your car, plus I've yet to see a white Z with it. That......and I love the Thruxtons!
JBender, lol how did you know what kind of camera I have? Anyways, I found it on the clearance table in the electronics section at Wal-Mart one day. $80 for a 4.0mp, so I picked it up. After my friend taught me all about proper lighting, EV balance, setting proper ISO, my pictures turned out great. I need to do a shoot with my brother's camera. He has a 7.1mp Nikkon CoolPix. |

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
What's annoying me though is that apart from 3-4 pics I've seen, I can't really find any pictures of that wing on the Z. What made me want it so bad is this Z I found on CarDomain that has 19's, kit, and the spoiler, and it looks so clean. I've been raving about wanting the Zeta wing, BUT I can do alot with $400, plus I want my Z to be unique rather than just keeping it too traditional. And I'm not too fond of the pedestal wing.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
Hehe, the camera manufacturer / model is in the EXIF data in unmodified image files.
As for the wing, I've gone full circle from wanting the Zeta to the '99 and now back to no wing, such a tough decision. You don't have any tint on your Z, do you? |

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
Yeah they're tinted, but its some cheap tint that came on the car when I bought it. It looks like 35%, but I'm not sure. It's getting redone anyways.
The '99 Jspec is a pedestal, but it flows much better than the 94-96 in my opinion. This one is actually a painted and installed Ion Dynamics '99 replica wing http://www.showketdesign.com/auto/300zx.htm So I'm pretty much set on it. |

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
I used to love the 99 wing. But meh, doesn't flow with the lines IMO. Looks kinda out of place.
The only one I ever saw it on that I liked had a WW rear.

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
Hey I just ordered the Stillen GTZ front lip for my 93 Convertible because the installed one is cracked to hell (received it like that. Bit of a fixer-upper).
One thing I noticed, though, was that the original poster's front lip didn't seem to extend very far back from the front of the car. For a better idea of how far back mine goes: Is this normal? Do most people just remove most of that? And will the condition of this lip affect the installation of the Stillen lip? Thanks, Brady |

Re: Stillen GTZ lip install
