Actually, I believe the stock 2+2 is a tad lighter than a stock TT. The turbo system and HICAS weigh far more than an 8" extra slab of sheet metal and a longer driveshaft. I'll have to dig up the numbers to be sure, but I think I'm right.
Her suspension is definitely stock, no doubt about that. Shocks won't make it sag or sit lower, that's solely up to the springs.
This is Eibach springs, which are a .8" drop. That little bit of drop filled in the fenderwells very nicely. If you had aftermarket springs, you would have far less gap.
