If you're gonna shave the plate holder, just get the JDM. Fitment is absolutely PERFECT. Mine should be ready real soon. The holder is already butched off.... ;)

Good luck getting an Escort front. They aren't even sure if they're gonna bring anymore back here. Plus it's fiberglass. Urethane > fiberglass.

Very true. I also wasn't exactly sure what FPR is (what Escort uses on their front piece) but I guess its pretty much just fiberglass.

If its not broken, don't fix it. I'll stick with the JDM.

FRP is far from "just" fiberglass. It's lighter than urethane and just as strong. Do your homework.

How does the Injen Intake sound? I REALLY want one..I have a friend with a Maxima that has a hard pipe intake and it sounds just awesome.

injen sounds really nice... you can actually hear the vacuum suck and cut off as the throttle bodies open and close. The vacuum sound is pretty loud like a spiraling tube sound.

it is like having a jdm tight exhaust for the front of your car! sounds coming from both front and back of car! YEHAW! (do admit injen sounds quite nice, some ebay knockoffs are up there as well)
